It was a great shame that we had to abandon the Pathfinder this year, although we are trying there is little hope of resolving it with the MOD.

We are looking at alternative venues in order to run it next year. We have managed to run a fourth trial this year Brice canvassed enough riders to make sure it was worthwhile running it, in fact 25 riders turned up. 8 riders did not bother to surrender their punched cards. 4 riders did the A route and 8 rode the B route.

The AGM will be on Wednesday 3 June at Tony’s home, 3 Willow Corner, Baughurst at 8pm. One of the most important discussions will be on deciding a venue for next years Pathfinder.

Since our last post, we have decided to run one more club trial this year. Brice has spoken to enough riders to make sure that the effort is worthwhile. The trial will be at the Hermitage site on 14th March (click here for regs) Reynard will be doing some clearing there and the marking out, he could always do with some help.

Don’t forget the Pathfinder, I will be contacting many of you in my plea for marshals, this year it seems that we will be getting a lot of support from the TRF.

We had a good entry for our Christmas charity trial and now we can look forward to the Pathfinder on the 19th of April.
